Group integration circle (free)

What’s an integration circle?

A psychedelic trip is an experience that can break previous beliefs or in which unusual or difficult feelings might arise. These experiences can be difficult to cope with and can pose a challenge for the psyche that needs to process them properly in order to return to our daily lives. One way to carry out this process is by participating in an integration circle.

An integration circle is a space free of judgment where we can express these experiences. Doing this allows us to put the experience in order and validate our experience by the means of the support of a group of like-minded people.

This service is designed for those who have recently had a psychedelic experience and want to integrate with the support of the group.

An integration circle is not a space for therapy, it is not about seeking advice or approval. We seek to create a space of listening free of judgment to allow yourself to settle the experience through its expression.

You can decide if you want the circle participants to share their feedback regarding your experience or if, on the contrary, you just want to present it without receiving any comment. In the same way, we will only offer feedback to a member if he/she agrees to receiving it.

The interventions will be made in an orderly manner and we will dedicate a maximum of 10 minutes to each participant, although the time may vary depending on the number of participants in each session.

Remember that feedback should not be judgment or advice. We reflect on each other through our experience and we trust the inner wisdom of each participant.

Sessions will be moderated by volunteer psychedelic therapists from the Psychedelic Society.

When?

Sessions will be held on the second Wednesday of the month at 8:00 p.m. (Spanish hour)
